Ingredients used:

1. 6 pieces button round steak 

2. Salt 

3. Crackers of choice for crunch (corn flakes or saltine crackers 

4. 2 cups all purpose flour 

5. 3 cups whole milk

6. 2 eggs

7. 1 chicken bouillon cube

8. Vegetable oil 

Gray:

1. 1 cup chopped sausage 

2. 1 shallot chopped or thinly sliced 

3. 1 cup heavy whipping cream 

4. 2 tsp crushed black pepper 

5. 1 tsp corn starch 

6. Pinch dry chili flakes 

7. 1 & 1/2 cups chicken Broth 

8. 1/6 cup chopped parsley (scent leaves)
