1. 7 chicken thighs 

2. 1 tso thyme 

3. 1 tso garlic powder 

4. 1 tsp onion powder 

5. 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 

6. 1 tbsp. Tony Chachere's creole seasoning or any seasoning cube of your choice 

7. 1 dry parsley 

8. 1 tsp paprika 

9. 2 cups chopped onion and Bell peppers 

10. 2 garlic cloves 

11. 2 cups jasmine rice 

12. 2 cups low sodium chicken Broth 

13. 2 tbsps. Olive oil 

14. Salt and pepper to taste
