For the filling

2 carrots 

3 Irish potatoes 

300g beef

Half onion

2 garlic 

1 Tablespoon onion powder 

1 Tablespoon thyme 

2 Maggi 

Salt tt 

To make the pie crust

4 Cups of all purpose flour 

Grated Half onion

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder 

1 and half sticks of butter ( 12 tablespoons)

1 cup of water 

Oil to deep fry
