EXCLUSIVE: Full Gist between scandal of jeweller, HouseOfAmearyPearl and Bobrisky over gold debt

So our team reached out to Mrs Adeola the CEO of the gold jewellery shop.
She said she does not have Bob’s gold and that Bob gave her his bangle to give to her gold smith to wash and in the process the gold smith said he’s detected a broken hook so he is going to fix it and add to his charges. (Read More Here).

She also disclosed that the issue of Bobrisky’s gold bangle has nothing to do with the money Bob is owing her.

She said indeed Bob gave her his gold bangle to help him fix, when it was time to collect the bangle from the goldsmith. Bob advised her to collect it on his behalf since she is the one that took it to the goldsmith .

Mrs Adeola said she told Bob how much the goldsmith was charging and Bob said he can’t pay that much because the service charge was too much compared to the services the goldsmith was providing [Washing and fixing broken hook].

Fast forward she took the issue with the debt to court and Bob’s lawyers indeed brought up the bangle issue as a defence.

Bob’s lawyers told the court that their client’s bangle is more expensive than the money he is owing Mrs Adeola.

According to their defence, the money Bob is owning Mrs Adeola is N2.4mil and their client’s gold bangle will currently sell for N2.6mil as per current gold price on the market.

According to Mrs Adeola, the only reason why she has still not collected Bob’s bangle from the goldsmith is because Bob hasn’t given her the money for the charges. That she suspects Bob wants her to pay it.

Now we all just have wait for the next court hearing to see the outcome.
