Information reaching Kossyderrickent Kenyan disc Jockey, Felix Orinda, popularly known as, Dj Evolve, has forgiven and withdrawn attempted murder case of Babu Owino. (Read More Here).
Recall that in 2018, Embakasi East MP Babu Owino, shoot at Dj Evolve at Kilimani, Nairobi. Babu will however be prosecuted for a second count of behaving in a disorderly manner while carrying a firearm.
Senior principal magistrate Benard Ochoi says that Dj Evolve and Babu Owino used to be friends before the shooting incident and their friendship was maintained thereafter.
He says:
“The accused is currently undertaking certain obligations and still undertaking in relation to the welfare of the complainant.
"Taking all the above into account, I have come to the conclusion that this is a matter where the court should encourage reconciliation as envisaged in the Constitution and therefore I will allow the withdrawal against the accused in count one; the accused is acquitted."
