VIDEOS: Protests rock in Kabete, Mountain View and Nairobi-Nakuru Highway as angry youths and Boda Boda riders block roads and set tyres on fire after police officer, Constable Benson Imbatu, killed wife and six others

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that a big demonstrations are ongoing in Kabete, Mountain View and Nairobi-Nakuru Highway after a police, Constable Benson Imbatu, killed people this morning. (Read More Here).

In the trending video, youths in Kabete, are seen as they blocked the streets and roads with burning tyres, sticks and stones after the horrible killing. 

Also, at Mountain View and Nairobi-Nakuru Highway, boda boda riders have paralysed transportation as they block everywhere in a bid to protest.

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that a suspected mentally deranged police officer, Constable Benson Imbatu, has killed his wife, Carol, six others and committed suicide at Kabete sub-county in Kenya. 

The news was confirmed by Kabete Sub-County Police Commander Francis Wahome to press men in Kenya and across globe. The incident happened at J Apartment, In Kabete. 

According to information, the incident took place midnight and 4:00AM on Tuesday. At midnight, it was reported that Constable Benson Imbatu had shot his wife, Carol, dead using a pistol, while some said it's an AK-47.

After shooting his wife, he set his apartment on fire. From there, he went on a shooting spree on the road, where he shot two boda bdoa riders and a few civilians. 

According to reports, one of the boda boda riders is currently at the Kenyatta National Hospital, receiving treatment. The Kabete Sub-County Police Commander Francis Wahome, has said that investigations are ongoing.

The reason the police officer went on a shooting spree hasn't been ascertained at the time of filing the report.
