Taking to his Facebook page yesterday, the brother to the late pastor, Jonathan Atang, changed his profile picture, which shows a lit candle.
It immediately passed a message that someone around him has died. Confirming the death of late Ezekiel Atang, popular pastor Kingsley Okonkwo wrote:
"My brother and my friend, my partner in family life mandate to the body of christ
You left an indelible mark, and unforgettable legacy, you spoke with clarity and conviction, loved by all, we will definitely miss you
"I received the invitation to your 50th birthday celebration same day you went to be with the Lord
I'm happy I spoke to you and saw you a few days before you went to be with the Lord, we love you - you will never be forgotten on this side.

From the pictures shared by pastor Kingsley Okonkwo, it shows Ezekiel Atang was planning for his 50th birthday, which would have taken place at Ibom hotels and Golf Resort on March 14, 2022.
Apart from Live stream programme on marriages and singles, Pastor Ezekiel Atang had also impacted lives with his books titled, ‘Road signs to Destiny’, ‘Overcoming Masturbation’ and ‘Lord I am still single why?’
Pastor Atang is survived by wife, Dr. Dara who pastors with him in the ministry and their union is blessed with 3 children, Levi, Olive and Ephraim.
