Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that the family of South African singer and Facebook influencer, Bongi Daweti, has finally confirmed release of daughter from kidnapper's den. (Read More Here).
Official statement reads:
"Bongi Daweti Statement Release:
We would like to thank you all for sharing and actively helping look for Bongi Daweti.
"She has been found and is back home safe and sound. The perpetrator has been arrested and we ask for your compliance as this is a matter being handled and being investigated by the police. We cannot share much about the case at this stage as per the suggestion from the SAPS, because it would jeopardize the case.
"We ask that you sympathize with the situation as it is a very sensitive matter and that you show complete kindness to the victim.
We cannot take such hooligan acts likely, because the rate of women being kidnapped and abducted is rising abruptly.
"The family asks that you give Bongi Daweti some privacy and outmost kindness to deal with this very traumatic experience.
Thank you."
