Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that the Chief Justice of Uganda, Alfonse Owiny Dollo, has dragged the Baganda tribe as he referred to them as 'wicked people.' (Read More Here).
Chief justice Owiny Dollo accused the tribe of Acholi of 'hypocrisy' after their demonstrations when Jacob Oulanyah was flown to Washington D.C for treatment in February 2022.
He continued as he said that there wasn't any protest when Baganda's Kabaka, Ronald Mutehi, was flown to Germany in a presidential jet.
He says: "But you, who love demonstrating... Your ethnic leader was transported in a presidential jet to Germany using private funds he was not entitled. You didn't demonstrate.
He continued: "Is it because Oulanyah is an Acholi? Is it because Oulanyah doesn't speak your language? Only a wicked person can fight a person who is fighting for his life?"
After his statement, Bugandas rushed to their social media to drag the Chief Justice, Alfonse Owiny Dollo over his statement, which they referred to as being 'tribalistic.'

Silence shows level of brilliance. Kabaka doesnt know pple who demonstrated, neither do these pple know kabaka has been a beneficiary of state medical. Above all he did not send them. Imagine if you landed in this guy's court with this anger? Bart Katureebe was a man n half.

Stop looking for relevance man. Everyone in Uganda is always taken abroad for treatment, the kabaka, oulanyah, mutebile, etc.
Let's just blame our heath system..not bringing tribal wars n thinking everyone is fighting against NUP or the baganda. Nosense.

Owiny Is a very prejudiced person. During the election petition hearing, he said to Bobis Lawyers that "Go and try plan B" a statement that had never been mentioned in Court. Judges should judge cases based on evidence presented not prior knowledge outside court. Now he is here.

Owiny is telling the truth. Whether the Kabaka was flown out using the presidential or what, as long as they used public funds the Baganda should have demonstrated.

The tribal remarks are so full of falsehoods. Anyway if you're a muganda don't expect fair rulings in Oulanyahs court. That's where we're now.
