Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Hollywood rapper, Jonathan 'DaBaby' Kirk, has reacted to the CCTV footage showing him shooting and killing 19-year-old guy, Jaylin Craig in Walmart. (Read More Here).
Taking to his Instagram story, DaBaby, alleged that some unknown people are after him and those people want to see him behind the bars and make Black people hate him.
DaBaby wrote: "The niggas preying on me can't wit the people praying for me.
"Like damn bruh.. Niggas done took 30 million from me. Lie on me once a week. Want my fine ass BM's to me. Want me to lose a fight I don't.",
In the trending video, DaBaby is seen as he quickly jumped on Jaylin Craig in Walmart. After jumping on him, he began to punch him and took him to the other side of the shopping mall. (Read More Here).
Surprisingly, he pulled out his gun and pulled the trigger, leaving Craig to bleed to death. The incident happened on November 5, 2018.
“I feel like they just swept it up under the rug,” Craig’s mother, LaWanda Horsley, tells Rolling Stone of the investigation into her son’s death. “[Kirk] knows what he did. I’m not doing this for no fame or anything, because at the end of the day, Jaylin Craig is gone.”
Craig’s family members and his best friend, Henry Douglas, claim the altercation only started when Kirk became annoyed that the teens had recognized him, and he allegedly demanded they take things outside for a fight.
While Kirk claimed to police that one of the teens had first suggested they should fight, the footage shows Craig standing nearby as Kirk sucker punches a blindsided Douglas, barreling into him and striking him in the face. The injury left Douglas with a bruised.
