Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Nigerian skit maker, Sabinus Mr Investor, is reportedly suing Peak Milk and Gala Nigeria for using his phrases. (Read More Here).
In the trending video, the lawyer representing Sabinus says his client is suing Peak Milk for using his Trademarked Phrase: "Something huge" and Gala Nigeria for using his phrase: "Me Calculating."
Sabinus, through his lawyer said: “The post gathered massive traffic, and engagements and attracted huge followership to your page which only happened because the picture of our client was used for the promotion and advert."
