Taking to social media, Mulalo Matshikiri, shared some pictures showing the horrible room (apartment) he got from Momentum ZA.

He wrote: "After keeping my house contents in a storage facility @Momentum_za expects me to live in this house. Temporary accommodation is NOT a favor BUT part of my comprehensive cover. @Momentum_za stop undermining us as your black clients!

"I refer to the contract we both signed:
- Define to me what " a reasonable period is?"
- Have not exceeded 20% of my sum insured.
- Why are you still collecting premium on a monthly basis without cover?
#cancelmomentum.

"@Momentum_za you are still in possession of all my house contents, how do you think I live without out furniture etc,
- I am entitled to up to 20% of my total sum ensured towards temporary accommodation, which I have not exceeded.
- You have continued debiting my premiums."

Momentum replies him: "@MulaloMatshiki1 [#Thread]1/2...Hi Mulalo. We understand that what you went through can be frustrating and traumatic. Therefore, as you know, we settled the claim in full in April and have paid for accommodation for you and your family – for four months.@MulaloMatshiki1 [#Thread]1/2...Hi Mulalo. We understand that what you went through can be frustrating and traumatic. Therefore, as you know, we settled the claim in full in April and have paid for accommodation for you and your family – for four months.

"2/2...The accommodation we provided you with, and extended by a month on your request, gave you time to resolve the matter, and determine how best to use the settlement we paid for your claim. Any further extension is unfortunately outside of our agreement with you.
