Manchester United players, with the absence of Cristiano Ronaldo, arrive at Don Mueang International Airport on Saturday for The Match Bangkok Century Cup 2022. The match between Manchester United and Liverpool will kick off on Tuesday.
The squad was given a welcoming ceremony, which featured Ten Hag signing what appeared to be some sort of register. Following that, the squad, which did not include Cristiano Ronaldo, with the striker being left out due to “family reasons,” boarded their team bus and went to their team hotel.
The Reds, who have included several youngsters in the travelling party, such as Charlie Savage, Zidane Iqbal and Alejandro Garnacho, will step up their pre-season preparations from Tuesday, facing arch rivals Liverpool in their first friendly. They will then travel to Australia, facing Melbourne Victory in their first of three games down under.
