The violence continues to escalate in Mexican territory , now it was the state of Veracruz where this Monday a confrontation took place in the municipality of Orizaba between armed civilians and elements of the Ministry of Public Security (SSP).
According to the journalist Alejandro Aguirre, the acts of violence were recorded around 4:00 p.m. on Monday, after officers went to an address located on Calle Oriente 2 after a report of detonations inside a house.
Likewise, the SSP detailed through its social networks that the different security forces maintain deterrence and surveillance actions in this municipality.
So far, it has not been officially announced if people are reported dead or injured or if there are detainees for the acts of violence.
However, videos circulate on social networks of alleged criminals voluntarily surrendering to the authorities; however, they demand the murder of one of "their comrades" from the officers.

Derived from a report to the 911 emergency line about the detonation of a firearm registered in the downtown area of the city of Orizaba, the Secretary of Public Security (SSP) activated the Red Code operation.
Also, when going to the emergency site, security forces were attacked by armed people from inside a home, for which actions are implemented to neutralize the alleged aggressors.
Elements of the State Police, Civil Force, SEMAR, SEDENA, National Guard and Municipal Police maintain deterrence and surveillance actions in this municipality.
