Noh Omar has resigned as leader of Umno Selangor

Noh Omar has resigned as leader of Umno Selangor. 

He says he has lost confidence in Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, and urges him to step down.

In another news, Shahril Hamdan has resigned as UMNO’s information chief, following the party’s weak performance in GE15. 

He also urged UMNO president Zahid Hamidi to step down, saying there must be a concept of “collective responsibility” in failure.

Johor MB Onn Hafiz Ghazi has called on Zahid Hamidi to step down as UMNO president, following the party’s poor performance in GE15. 

He says, if efforts don’t go into reforming the party now, UMNO may not win even a single seat in the future.
