In the trending video, MoniQ, is seen presenting a big baton to the popular Jamaican criminal as a way to protect himself from evil people.
An angry Jamaican who knows about the story of 32-year-old Ramone Silvera said: "This man was threatening passengers and preventing children from going to school and ppl to work …arrested by the police … public outrage and his behavior was rewarded?! Handing him a weapon and making a joke about it?
For likes on social media ?! Where do we draw the line?!"
