Anthony Loffredo, who calls himself the “black alien” had his ears, nostrils and even a few fingers removed — sharpened his teeth and dyed them purple; and covered his body in extreme tattoos.

He previously told the Club 113 podcast: I can't find a job, there's lots of negative stuff. It could be positive because you feel better, but you have to know there's also a dark side. 

Despite Loffredo undergoing a number of surgical procedures - not least to split his tongue in half and remove his ears - he revealed that he is still '44 per cent' of the way to his goal of becoming a 'black alien'. 

Loffredo has undergone surgery to have a hole cut through the skin below his bottom lip. He often posts images to Instagram of himself poking his forked tongue through the hole.

A man who had extreme body modification procedures to look like a 'black alien' revealed he can't eat in restaurants anymore.

Anthony Loffredo, 33, from France, dreams of becoming a 'black alien' and has put his body through several procedures to remove his ears, nostrils and some of his fingers in order to achieve the look. 'If I want to eat at a restaurant, sometimes the server says I can't eat on the terrace,' the Alien wannabe said. 

He added that changing his body to look more Alien-like has boosted his self-confidence, saying: 'There are people that said thanks to me as they feel more secure now. That now the looks they get from other people, don't bother them.'

Anthony has already covered his body - including his eyeballs - in tattoos and removed his nose and top lip in his bid to look like a 'black alien'. 

He's admitted in the past that his appearance made it difficult to find work. He has also had countless implants placed under his skin, which is almost completely tattooed black.

In a previous Instagram post, he had hinted at splitting his penis in two, prompting one social media user to reply: 'I knew you were stupid... but that much??'

Last year, Loffredo revealed he had surgery in Mexico to cut off his two fingers so that his hand looks like a claw.

Graphic images and video footage showed Loffredo lying on an operating table surrounded by surgeons as he raised up his hand to look at his new 'claw' in awe.

In July, Loffredo revealed that he was preparing to remove two fingers from his right hand as well so that he can have matching 'claws'.

He wrote on Instagram: 'On the other side of the world to continue my project, the procedure is going well, one more dream that has just come true. Thank you for doing your top job, thank you Mexico from my heart. 34 per cent loading.'

Loffredo's controversial body modification transformation sparked praise - and dismay - among his Instagram followers.

One wrote: 'Oh my god you did it. I didn't believe it but it's true. I hope your body will adapt.'

Others were less supportive, as one user wrote: 'Blatant disrespect to those that are unfortunate to have lost limbs and look for ways to function as the human body should.'

Notably, Anthony Loffredo AKA The Black Alien who hails from France has undergone bizarre body modifications, such as a split tongue to create a forked effect, and is covered with tattoos from head to toe - eyeballs included. He even removed his fingers and part of his nose to enhance his extraterrestrial appearance. 

A picture shared on Reddit on January 1 shows what Mr. Loffredo looked like without the body modifications.

Reacting to the picture, one user wrote, ''The before pic honestly looks like a Bradley Cooper. Handsome guy. This is very sad (clearly body dysmorphia or other mental illness... I have nothing against tattoos, but this is not normal).'' Another expressed concern and wrote, ''All things that he did aside, removing so many important parts from your body must have some lasting effects? Is he in pain from all the surgeries and missing parts?'' A third added, ''Oh my. It's seriously disturbing to look at him.'Notably, Mr Loffredo who considers himself a "project'' has documented his transformation from being a normal guy to being the ‘black alien' on his Instagram page. He has 1.3 million followers on Instagram and a lot of people take a keen interest in his body modifications. His Instagram bio reads, “black alien project evolution.” Mr. Loffredo underwent most part of his transformation in Barcelona since it is illegal in his country.
