Google executive, Ryan Olohan, says he was fired after he rejected the advances of his female boss, Tiffany Miller, who groped him

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that A former Google executive has claimed he was fired from the tech giant after he rejected his female boss's advances when she allegedly groped him at a swanky dinner which prompted her to accuse him of 'microaggressions.'

Ryan Olohan, 48, a married New Jersey father-of-seven, alleges Tiffany Miller rubbed his abdominals, told him he had a nice body and that her marriage lacked 'spice,' according to a lawsuit filed in November.

The alleged incident happened at Manhattan's Fig & Olive restaurant in December 2019, which Olohan said he reported to human resources the next week, but nothing ever came of the complaint. And that it was only the beginning of the harassment.

Olohan claims Miller began retaliating against him by reporting him to human resources for 'microaggressions.' He claims harassment went on until he was ultimately fired in August 2022 after 16 years with the company. Olohan had just been promoted to managing director of food, beverages, and restaurants and joined a new management team that included Miller, when the alleged incident happened at the company outing.

The New Jersey father said he was initially uncomfortable bringing it up because many of his colleagues had been 'drinking alcohol excessively.'

When he suggested later that night that Miller may have had 'too much to drink,' he was told that it was just 'Tiffany being Tiffany.' As reported by the media house, according to a lawsuit filed in November, Ryan Olohan claimed that Tiffany Miller felt him up during a company dinner at Chelsea, Manhattan, in December 2019.Miller, who is an Asian, also informed him that she knew he had an affinity towards Asian women, Olohan’s wife being of the same race. As per the report, the company meeting, involving alcohol, took place at Fig & Olive soon after Olohan’s promotion as managing director of food, beverages, and restaurants. Miller was also a part of his new team.

The accusations made by Olohan also include Miller make false complaints against him, for “microaggressions” in retaliation for reporting the 2019 incident to HR, which caused him anxiety.
Olohan faced hostility continuously and he was even publicly reprimanded by an inebriated Miller at a Google event in December 2021. Although Miller apologised, she repeated the same behaviour at a bar in April 2022. The lawsuit also accuses Google of taking no action even though they were aware that “Miller’s harassment stemmed from his rejection of her sexual advances”.

Miller, who is an Asian, also informed him that she knew he had an affinity towards Asian women, Olohan’s wife being of the same race. However, the HR department failed to take action and was told that a female was complaining against a White male for harassment, and the matter would be escalated. In reference to the 2019 incident, when Olohan suggested that Miller may have drunk too much, his colleagues commented that it was just “Tiffany being Tiffany”.

The former Google employee was eventually sacked which ended his 16-year association with the company.
The New York Post also quoted a spokesperson for Miller as rejecting all the allegations. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages and accuses both Google and Miller of discrimination, retaliation, and a hostile work environment.
The former Google employee is currently executive vice president of growth at the Klick Group.
