The court papers revealed details of a judgement that grants the right to Churchill to co-parent.
The pair who tied the knot in 2015 and separated two years later have aimed digs at each other on social media.
Tonto argued that Churchill has no right to call King his son or wish him on his birthdays as he’s “deadbeat”.
She accused him of chasing clouts by making birthday posts yearly.
Churchill responded, explaining he had always made efforts to reunite with his son with screenshots of the accounts he had set up for his son.
Tonto refuted all the claims, accusing him of being a li@r and a fr@udster.
However, court papers dated January 2018 and delivered by Hon. Amina Aliyu Mohammad of the Abuja customary court revealed otherwise.
The court documents read in part;
“The Defendant shall be allowed to go on outings with their son in order to bond with him but this shall be in the company of the baby's nanny or confidant excluding the mother for the next one year so as to familiarize after which the Defendant can come to Court for review of this order.
It was learnt that Churchill has not seen his son since 2019 despite the judgement.
He has alleged that all attempts made by him to be in his son’s life has been futile and funds sent have been met with stiff resistance and bl@ckmail by Tonto.
All of this is however different from what the actress told the general public and this has sparked reactions from Nigerians asking that she grants him access as the child in question looks unhappy.
