Police in Gqeberha are searching for a biokineticist who was kidnapped outside of her workplace in Pickering Street on Thursday morning. (Read More Here).

An Eastern Cape spokesperson erroneously reported she had been found, but she HAS NOT BEEN FOUND.

Eastern Cape Hawks spokesperson, Captain Yolisa Mgolodela confirmed that the white Toyota Corolla which was used in the commission of the crime was recovered.

She also said one suspect was found inside the vehicle with a firearm.

“There is currently no other information to share on the case and the police are continuing with their investigation,” said Mgolodela.

There is no indication of the number of suspects involved at this point.

Prayers have been streaming in on social media for Pretorius’ safe return.

There have been reports that the vehicle used to transport Pretorius in has been found, however, there has been no confirmation by authorities at this stage.

Police in Gqeberha are searching for a young biokineticist who was allegedly kidnapped outside of the Newton Medical Centre in Newton Park this morning, March 16.

According to reports received by PE Express, the young woman is known as Riana Pretorius and was allegedly kidnapped by three men at about 08:00 outside of her workplace in Pickering Street in Newton Park.
