34 tenants have lost their Krubong PPR units after they were caught subletting the houses, Malacca Housing Exco Rais Yasin says

34 tenants have lost their Krubong PPR units after they were caught subletting the houses, Malacca Housing Exco Rais Yasin says.

He adds the units are sold at RM35,000 each, where tenants pay RM275 a month, inclusive of maintenance fees, for 20 years.

The PPR units are a facility provided by Putrajaya, and tenants should return them if they do not want to stay there,” he says.

“Those who sublet their units prove that they do not need these houses anymore.”
