Rollins' entrance stole the spotlight, overshadowing even McIntyre's grandeur from the previous night. Dressed as his own parade float, Rollins made a memorable entrance that perfectly matched his flamboyant persona.
McIntyre was not at all concerned with Rollins’ other shenanigans, as he had probably envisioned would work in his favor and rightfully did during the entire bout as The Scottish Warrior targeted every broken part of The Visionary to take him out as their other heated rival CM Punk watched from the commentary booth.
Rollins’ decision to fight the war against The Bloodline with Cody Rhodes proved to be his ultimate downfall as Drew McIntyre took advantage of the situation to put down Rollins for good measure and win a world championship in front of a live audience that he had desired for long, beginning the match with a shocking Claymore Kick that almost had Rollins down at the start of the match only.
