3. 1/2 tsp sugar 

4. 2 tbsps oil 

5. 1-2 tsp salt 

6. Water for kneading 

Ingredients for stuffing:

1. 1 cup boiled potatoes 

2. 1/4 tsp turmeric 

3. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 

4. 1 tsp red chilli flakes 

5. 1 tsp cumin 

6. 1/2 tsp chaat Masala 

7. 1 tsp coriander seeds

8. 2 tbsp coriander leaves

9. Garlic ginger paste 

10. Salt

11. 1 tsp green chilies

Ingredients for batter:

1. 2 tbsp flour

2. 1/4 cup water
