Serena Smith, 23, of Beverley Hills, California, has had a $7,500 boob job, a $11,000 nose job, and spent $15,000 on fillers. Most recently she spent $15,000 on a Brazilian Butt Lift surgery.
Her first operation was in December 2016, when, at age 18, she had a boob job costing over $7,500 going from a 32A to 32DD. (Read More Here).
She then had a nose job costing $11,500 to acquire a glamorous 'Hollywood nose,' and regularly undergoes procedures such as Botox and fillers in her lips.
But despite already spending roughly $50,000 she is far from finished - and she is already preparing for another boob job.
"When it's all over and you see your results, everything is worth it for that newfound confidence."
She added: "I am happy with the results from all my surgeries, but do I still see upgrades and improvements that can be made? Absolutely.
"I want to have more surgeries in the future because I like to continually improve myself. It's an investment into yourself."
Serena also said she isn't phased by the negative attention she sometimes gets and that she tries to promote positivity on social media.
She said: "All you can do is control how you react to things and how you perceive them.
"To be a public figure and someone who puts their life out there for the world to see, you need to have a thick skin and be able to block out the negativity."
