Vote counter, Stephen Muoka, thanks Tunde Ednut for posting his viral song, "Ellu P 75, Obi Nwannem" during 2023 presidential election in Nigeria

Vote counter, Stephen Muoka, thanks Tunde Ednut for posting his viral song, "Ellu P 75, Obi Nwannem" during 2023 presidential election in Nigeria.

The Abuja-based Court of Appeal has scheduled Wednesday, March 8, 2023, to review the Independent National Electoral Commission's (INEC) application to reconfigure the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) used in the February 25 presidential election.
.
A three-member panel of the appellate court postponed a decision on a physical inspection of all BVAS units used during the election until later.
.
Onyechi Ikpeazu (SAN), who represents Peter Obi and the Labour Party, asserted that the application was necessary to extract data embedded in the BVAS representing the actual results from Polling Units.
.
However, Tanimu Inuwa, INEC's lead counsel, urged the court to reject the request, claiming that it would disrupt preparations for the Governorship and National Assembly elections set for Saturday, March 11, 2023.
.
Following the hearing, the Justice Joseph Ikyegh-led panel adjourned the ruling on the issue until Wednesday.

A hilarious video of the young man had surfaced on the day of the presidential election, where he was spotted screaming “Ellu p, Obi, Obi nwanne m” during the time for counting of votes.

The video went viral online and he earned praise from celebrities including Tunde Ednut, who shared the video.

“Tunde ednut, Tunde Ednut what will I do for you? Tunde Ednut wetin I go do for you? Tunde Ednut Thank you very much. Just one night 20,000 followers. Obedient family, obedient family what will I do for you guys.

“It’s your boy, it’s your boy oh. Ellu P, Elllluuuuu p, Obi, Obi nwannem. I Thank you very much. Just look at”, he said.

Even if you have not been following the 2023 presidential elections, you must have heard someone around you sing the “Eluu P” song.

There were claims made via videos and posts online, as to how some voters were disenfranchised and the results announced by INEC were doctored.

This made some citizens unhappy with the way the elections were conducted by INEC. The dissatisfaction has continued even after Bola Ahmed Tinubu was declared the winner of the 2023 presidential elections.
